We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. The location was very convenient, with many restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel was close to the Gulshan area and easily accessible to all key areas in the city.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and business district, making it easy to commute. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming.

Although the room was clean, the bathroom had a musty smell that made it uncomfortable. the buffet breakfast lacked variety and the quality of food was subpar.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was extremely pleased with the location in the Banani area. Being centrally located in the business district, it made it very convenient for me to access key commercial areas in the city. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with them being warm, friendly, and always ready to assist me. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. I was also impressed with the dining options available, as the staff even arranged to serve our dinner in the room upon request. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality service.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay: The rooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities, including a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some shopping or sampling local food.

Worst aspects of my Christmas stay: The noise level from the street was quite high, which was a bit of a downer when trying to relax in the room. some of the staff were pushy about tipping, which was a bit uncomfortable.
